In this demo I use the Sailor Fude de Mannen fountain pen to create a lovely little, line and wash, lobster artwork. I draw and paint a cute little lobster for a birthday card buand its the perfect subject for the Sailor Fude de Mannen fountain pen. I love having a go at painting and drawing new subjects and this is my first lobster. It was really fun and the perfect excuse to get wobbly with my linework. In this simple and full length line and wash demonstration I tackle an abandoned desert truck with ink and watercolour. You can follow step by step creating some interesting textures and using simple techniques to sketch and paint. Line & wash is fab for beginners as its a straight forward and accessible form of creative artwork.   Cross Hatching is a great technique for landscape drawing and Line & Wash. Here, with a fountain pen, I show you how use this technique. I create a couple of quick examples for beginners and then with a reference drawing go through a more detailed tutorial.
